i love this. i was in a horrible mood today but i got off my butt and did some cardio and now i feel great!
i didn’t really want to put one of these up.
but i’m kinda impressed :) i didn’t really notice a change until i put these beside eachother.

i’m starting to really feel like i’m failing myself.

i was a stupid girl last night and got really high and ate a lot of REALLY bad food.

and it’s put me in a bad mood all day.

everytime i do this, i feel like i’m letting myself down, as well as you guys.

i’m gonna work out right now, and drink a lot of water and just relax all night. no going out tonight.

I actually am just really really mad at myself. I get that one burger isn’t going to instantly make me fat and ridiculous, but i feel like all the work outs and stuff i did this week just went to waste.

but hey, i still ordered a bottle of water with it. hahaha.

but i had a slurpee earlier
